PBF was founded in 2007 after I’d been working in the industry since the late ‘80s. Today, our senior management team has about 100 years of collective experience in house washing, painting and management.

Our Team

Grant Millington, Principal

Grant is responsible for strategic leadership and implementation across the business. Grant has a natural passion for people and creating lasting customer relationships both here in New Zealand and internationally.

 

With a solid background in operations and marketing with specific expertise in managing process and service delivery Grant looks for continued improvement of key objectives such as on time delivery, customer satisfaction and referral rates. When Grant is not at work, he can be found on the side of a sports field taking photos of his kids or walking his dog around Auckland.

Cherie Jones, Office Manager

Cherie runs our North Shore office and looks after the accounts and invoicing. With extensive experience in office management for contracting businesses, Cherie is an organisational extraordinaire.
